MEDIA COMPLIANCE & EVENT RECORDING NOTICE

1. Filming & Recording at Live Workshops

Royal Trade Pty Ltd routinely films, photographs, and records audio during live events, workshops, podcasts, and community sessions (such as events conducted at Logan Hub and other public venues). These recordings are utilized for educational content, marketing campaigns, social media distribution, and podcast production.

2. Grant of Media Release & Rights

By purchasing an event ticket, registering for a workshop, or entering a Zaffarology venue, you grant Royal Trade Pty Ltd, its representatives, and corporate successors the absolute and irrevocable right to:

• Capture your image, likeness, voice, and audio-visual statements ("Media Assets") during the event.
• Edit, publish, reproduce, and distribute these Media Assets globally across websites, social media (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), ad campaigns, and course materials without financial compensation or royalty obligations to you.

3. Accuracy of Testimonials & Statements

If you voluntarily provide a video interview, podcast comment, or written feedback during an event:

• You represent that your statements express your honest opinion and actual experience.
• You acknowledge that you received no financial payment or monetary inducement to provide your feedback.

4. Opt-Out Mechanism

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed at a live venue, you must inform our event registration team immediately upon arrival. You will be designated to a seated area outside active camera angles or provided with a visual identification indicator (such as an Opt-Out Lanyard).
