REFUND, TICKET PURCHASE & EVENT ATTENDANCE POLICY

1. Scope of Policy

This policy governs all purchases made through zaffarkhan.com or authorized registration portals operated by Royal Trade Pty Ltd, including live event tickets (e.g., $47 Zaffarology Workshops), digital product downloads, and 90-day business transformation mentoring intakes.

2. Live Workshop Ticketing & Cancellations

• Ticket Sales: All ticket purchases for live workshops (including primary seats and discounted guest seats) are final and non-refundable once confirmed, except as mandated by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
• Transfers & Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend a scheduled workshop:
  • You may request a seat transfer to a future scheduled workshop date by emailing info@zaffarology.com at least 48 hours prior to event commencement.
  • You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying our event team in writing prior to event check-in.
• Event Cancellation by Company: If Royal Trade Pty Ltd cancels or postpones a workshop due to venue issues, severe weather, or unforeseen operational constraints, ticket holders will be offered a choice between a full refund of the ticket purchase price or automatic entry into the rescheduled event.

3. Digital Products & Workbook Downloads

Due to the immediate digital delivery of downloadable workbooks, strategic blueprints, and recorded audio content, digital product purchases are non-refundable once access links or files have been generated, except where required by statutory consumer guarantees.

4. 90-Day Mentoring & Expansion Programs

Enrolment in high-touch mentoring programs (including the 90-Day Business Transformation Challenge) is subject to a customized service agreement executed upon program acceptance. Program fees, intake schedules, and cancellation terms are specified directly within that agreement.
