All contractual arrangements, workshop registrations, mentoring agreements, and digital sales are made solely with Royal Trade Pty Ltd. Zaffar Khan acts as a director and representative of the Company, and no personal liability attaches to any individual representative.

All content, frameworks, text, graphics, logos, video recordings, podcast audio, downloadable workbooks (including the 5 Pillars Workbook), and methodology (including "Zaffarology", "5 Pillars Framework", and "AM Planning / PM Achievement") are the exclusive intellectual property of Royal Trade Pty Ltd.
