Zaffar Khan Books: Where to Start With 51 Business Ebooks

2 NOVEMBER 2026 · 7 MIN READ · BY ZAFFAR KHAN

Books

Fifty-one titles is a lot of reading, and nobody should try to read all of them. The Zaffar Khan books library on the books page is a collection of PDF ebooks, each delivered as an instant download at $14.95, with a full-library bundle at $49.95. The real question for a busy owner is where to start.

This guide sorts the library into seven tracks by the problem you're facing, suggests a reading order, and explains how to turn each book into something that changes your week. The titles are the guide here, so check the contents of any book before you buy, and treat the groupings as a map of the library rather than a summary of each book.

How the library is organised

Most of the library follows a pattern. A large group of titles begins with "The Power of", followed by a single idea such as focus, belief, patience, delegation or failure. Alongside them sit practical guides on starting a business, buying property under option, writing a book and speaking, plus a few personal and reflective titles.

That structure suits short, single-topic reading. Pick the one idea that matches this month's problem, read it, apply it, then move on. The sections below group the titles in the order most owners would need them.

Track 1: Get your thinking straight

If you feel stuck before you've even started, begin here. The mindset group includes The Power of Now, The Power of Awareness, The Power of Belief, The Power of Mind and The Power of Change, along with Mind Chemicals, 20 Miracles of the Mind and Just Don't Think, Grow Rich.

This track pairs naturally with the first of the five pillars, which deals with how your thinking shapes your actions. Read one title, then write down a single belief that's holding your business back and what you'd do if it weren't true. The 5 Pillars page and the free workbook give you a structure for that exercise.

Track 2: Focus and follow-through

Owners who know what to do but don't get it done should read this group first. It covers The Power of Focus, The Power of Result-Oriented Tasks, The Power of Prioritising Your Work, The Power of Action Without Procrastination, The Power of Commitment, The Power of 5AM and The Power of Delegation.

The case for protecting focus has solid research behind it. The American Psychological Association's summary of multitasking research explains that doing more than one complex task at a time takes a toll on productivity, because every switch between tasks carries a cost. So read this track with a rule in mind: one money-making task, started early in the day, with the phone out of reach. That's the heart of the AM planning and PM review pillar.

Track 3: Setbacks, persistence and hard times

Every owner meets a bad stretch. The group on resilience includes The Power of Failure, The Power of Persistence, The Power of Patience, Stagnation Is Worse Than Loss, Miracle with 20 Disappointments and So What, with The Power of Financial Hardship and The Power of Having Bad Coverage in the Media for tougher situations.

Setbacks are normal in business. The Australian Bureau of Statistics counted 460,461 businesses entering and 375,331 exiting the market in 2025-26, and not every exit is a failure, since owners also sell or close by choice. The point stands: a hard year is a common experience. For a wider view, the site's painful stories collect 200 accounts of well-known people who faced rejection and loss before they succeeded.

Track 4: Starting and growing a business

For anyone launching, scaling or looking for a partner, this group is the most directly commercial. It contains 12 Steps of Commencement of Any Business, Why Businesses Fail, Business Matchmaking, The Power of Thinking Big, The Power of Being Different and The Power of Collaboration Even With Competitors.

Two further titles, The Power of Mentor or Coach and Why We Need Mentors, deal with getting outside help. If you want to put those ideas into practice, the 90 Day Business Transformation Challenge is the mentoring program, and the matchmaking title shares its subject with the introductions made at each workshop.

Track 5: People, culture and relationships

A business is a group of people, and several titles deal with that side directly. They include The Power of Open-Heart and Mind, The Power of Forgiveness, The Power of Sense of Humour, The Power of Helping Others and The Power of Giving. Others look at identity and background: The Power of Women, The Power of Multiculturalism, The Power of Ethnicity, and Family Roots and Country You Came From. Closer to home are Power of Love, 5 Steps to Happy Wife & Life and My Australia.

Owners who lead teams may find this track useful before they tackle the systems side. Meetings and processes work better in a team that trusts each other, and judging by their titles, several of these speak to that.

Track 6: Specialist guides

Four titles stand apart because they teach a specific skill. Write a Book in 5 Steps suits anyone planning to publish. The Guidebook for Speakers, Presenters & Teachers is for people who present for a living, and it pairs with Zaffar's own speaking work.

The other two cover property: How to Buy Property Under Option and Call Option Deed (650 Questions & Answers). Property deals involve large sums and legal contracts, so read these as background, not as advice. The ACCC's warning on property investment schemes tells consumers to seek independent financial and legal advice from licensed professionals and to be wary of high-pressure tactics, and that applies to any book or seminar on the topic.

Track 7: Health and hardship titles

A few titles touch on personal wellbeing: Pain Free Life, Physically & Emotionally, The Power of Trauma and The Power of Being Unwell. Treat these as general reading. They aren't medical treatment, and a book can't replace professional care. If you're dealing with a health problem, see your GP. If you're struggling emotionally, Lifeline's 24-hour line is 13 11 14.

A 30-day reading plan

Four books in a month is plenty. Here's one way to use them.

In week one, read The Power of Focus, then plan one money-making task each morning. In week two, read The Power of Prioritising Your Work and use it to cut your list down to what matters. In week three, read The Power of Delegation and hand over one task you've been holding onto. In week four, read the title that matches your biggest worry, whether that's failure, persistence or a specific business problem.

Make each book count by testing yourself. After each chapter, close it and write down what you remember. In the well-known Roediger and Karpicke memory study, students who practised recalling a passage remembered far more a week later than students who re-read it. Then write one action with a date beside it.

Single titles or the full collection

However you buy Zaffar Khan books, the pricing is simple: individual ebooks cost $14.95 each. The full collection is $49.95, so it becomes the cheaper option as soon as you want four or more titles, since four single ebooks would cost $59.80. Buying all 51 separately would come to $762.45. If you plan to read two or three, buy those. If you like having the whole library to dip into, the bundle is the better deal.

Checkout runs through Stripe, and the download links arrive instantly and by email, according to the books page.
